XTB is the UK subsidiary of Polish broker X-Trade Brokers, founded in 2002 in Warsaw. This broker, registered with the Financial Conduct Authority, provides traders with solutions to invest in OTC derivatives through CFDs (Contracts for Difference), forex pairs, commodities, options, stock indices and shares.

XTB is regulated by the Mifid European Financial Directive and controlled by local regulators in 16 European countries.

Since 2007, XTB has been a member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and its clearing house.
