Commezbank delivers its opinion and forecasts for the EUR/USD for today (Monday 22 October 2018):
"The EUR/USD fell last week, hitting a low at 1.1433, and so we cautiously tightened the stops and the entry point of our suggested trading advice.

We expect the market to remain bearish as long as the EUR/USD remains below 1.1624. The euro could fall to 1.1411/15, and it is also possible that the EUR/USD is testing the 200-week moving average which currently stands at 1.1319.

Only a return above 1.1625 would make the Euro-Dollar trend more neutral, with the possibility of a rise to 1.1790/1.1815.
