If you call them, expect to hear extremely thick Russian accents, and if you contact them using their site's chat feature, the person on the other end will tapdance around your questions and you will have to ask the same question 3 or 4 times to get a straight answer (that was my experience recently). 2) I was recently a client of theirs and it took 16 days for me to get my money back after I made my initial withdrawl request. 5 business days is acceptable, any more than that is simply unacceptable. 16 days is just plain BAD! Don't be in a hurry to make withdrawls with these guys!
