ZuluTrade, the popular platform for social Forex trading, has just revealed the introduction of its brand new Application Programming Interface (API), which will allow traders to create their own programs for copying signals.
As you know, API is a kind of a protocol that allows improved communication among various software agents. In fact, many sorts of API are already in use by various social networks like Facebook and Twitter.
Thanks to ZuluTrade's REST API, users of the platform can now program their own algorithms for social trading. And although you need to have certain programming skills to deal with the API, the ZuluTrade team has prepared a set of detailed guides for you, depending on the programming language you prefer to use. The new programming tool is a great kind of innovation for traders on Zulu – they no longer need to log in manually into their accounts to manage their trades, instead the algo will do this for them. The program will simply execute your trading requests directly into your account, with regards to how you program it.
If you don't see this option, but you're willing to try the new service, just send ZuluTrade's support team a request which will be answered to promptly. This is just the first version of ZuluTrading API and the team of the platform promises updates and improvements.
API is a crucial factor for a platform's success nowadays. Let us remind you that the introduction of Spotware Connect, an open API for cTrader, has been among the decisive reasons for the growth of the platform's environment and its popularity.
