FED: Credit Suisse doesn't think FED will raise key rates tomorrow

Credit Suisse does not expect the Fed to raise its key interest rates tomorrow. The Swiss bank instead sees this happening in October or December.
"But the decision will be tight. If only domestic data were taken into account, we would believe that the Fed would act in September. But the Fed's timing also depends on global conditions and market volatility. And from this point of view, now does not seem advisable."

"On the forex, we remain bullish on the USD. An absence of rising interest rates and no clear message about October or December could temporarily weigh on the dollar against the top 10 forex pairs but this will be very temporary in light of emerging currencies given their growth prospects. We remain bullish on the dollar, overall." says Credit Suisse.
