EUR/USD: Credit Suisse recommends selling this week ahead of Fed and ECB meetings

In a note published today, Credit Suisse presents the selling of EUR/USD as the "trade of the week":

"Forex traders should consider selling EUR/USD this week. We continue to maintain our short positions ahead of the ECB and the Fed meetings in December.

The Fed's minutes this week regarding the two central banks should feed the topic of monetary policy divergence, with the Fed expected to show confidence against a rise in short-term rates, while the ECB should provide more guidance regarding further easing."
