EUR/USD: Danske Bank lists 3 reasons why traders should sell the euro against the dollar in the short term

In a brief note published this morning, Danske Bank listed the three reasons that should encourage traders to sell the EUR/USD in the short term:

"The EUR/USD reached a temporary high point on 3 May above 1.16 but has since fallen. In the short term, we believe that the risk of a decline remains.

First, positioning is now more clear than it was earlier this year. Second, we believe the market shows a too pessimistic view on the US economy, and finally, we believe that the risk of Brexit will weigh on the EUR/USD between now and the 23 June referendum."
