OCBC believes that the EUR/USD still risks a decline on the forex in the event of a break through 1.19.
"The short-term valuation is trying to stabilise itself, but the bearish outlook continues to strengthen in the near term, especially if the euro area data remains disappointing.
The EUR/USD could move towards 1.1835 if 1.1900 gives way."
