UOB believes that the EUR/USD should consolidate in the very near future.
"Friday's EUR/USD rise slowed down quickly without testing the strong resistance at 1.1720.
Technical indicators have become neutral, and the current move is seen as a continuation of the consolidation.
In other words, the EUR/USD should move laterally for the moment, potentially between 1.1600/1.1690."
