Hello Dear Admin, what issue you are talking about, maybe I can help you?

I called InstaForex today. Your customer service representative person said I should email your "antifraud" team. Here is a copy of the email I sent with all the relevant details:

"Hi,

I'm writing to ask that you "uncancel" commissions earned by affiliate account BZUK / 270922(eur). I had accrued commissions of 268.85€ in July 2011 and they have simply disappeared from my account.

When I called yesterday, your customer service representative said that they were cancelled because the commissions were earned from my own trading account. This is simply 100% false. Admitedly, "Instarebate" commissions I had earned recently were recently cancelled because a friend and I had recently opened accounts off of each others' links, the cancellation of those commissions earned off a friend are not was is being disputed here in this email. What I am disputing however, are the 268.85€ in commissions which I earned off of a trader that I do not know (acct. 5039526 according to your customer service representative) and who has no connection to me whatsoever. Those commissions should be in my account! Cancelling them amounts to nothing more than stealing!

I ask that you look into this and reinstate my commissions as the opposite outcome will seriously affect our relationship. An unfavourable decision will leave me with no choice but to mention this disappearing money on my InstaForex review page and/or remove InstaForex from my website, and address these issues in a thread recently started by your own team on my forum (http://www.forex-central.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=360#p846).
