I did some research on the web, Ikonfx have lots of very bad reviews. Furthermore, I read some of their support team's transcripts, the questionable level of English leads me to believe they are Russians. I called them, the girl who answered (presumably Asian) spoke terrible English. When I asked where company was based, she said USA. When I asked what the company address was she did not want to reveal this information. I don't understand how a broker can expect you to entrust them with thousands of your hard earned dollars/euros and not want to tell you where they are located!

My advice, stay away from Ikon!
