The promotion is offered by Eightcap Global Limited (Eightcap), a company providing trading in financial, and commodity based derivative instruments and other securities, and which is authorised regulated by The Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB), (SIA-F220). Eightcap Demo Competition - November is for clients of Eightcap who meet the eligibility criteria below.

COMPETITION TIMELINE
Clients may register any time prior to 15th November 2023,("Registration Period"). The Competition Period shall be from 15th November 2023, 00.00 am GMT+3 until 30th November

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for this competition, Selected Clients must:

IMPORTANT NOTICE
This promotion is not available to residents of Australia, the U.S., or any other jurisdiction where such promotion would be prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.

CONDITIONS
Clients who meet the eligibility criteria will be automatically entered into the Competition.

Competition rankings are determined by the client who generates the greatest return during the Competition Period on their demo account.

Prize amounts are as below:
1st Prize: $1000 USD
2nd Prize: $500 USD
3rd Prize: $300 USD

All prizes will be deposited into the winner's nominated bank account once they have been verified as a valid winner.

Winners must submit their bank details to Eightcap and ensure that all personal details provided are correct. Winners are responsible for providing full and accurate bank account details. Intermediary bank fees may apply. Eightcap will not be responsible for banking institutions rejecting a payment.

Please note that any participant who creates more than one (1) account should be considered in breach of Trading Contest Rules and will be disqualified from the contest.

The prize amount is non-transferable between accounts or persons and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions that apply to all Eightcap Global promotional offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Eightcap Global reserves the right to withhold or void without further notice the prize amounts if in its reasonable belief, there is any indication or suspicion of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other form(s) of deceitful or fraudulent activity or behaviour.

By participating in this Competition, you consent to your personal data being collected, processed, and used by Eightcap for:
The purpose of the Competition, and Marketing and promotional activities conducted by Eightcap Global including but not limited to, any form of marketing and advertising activities such as posting photos, ranking and trading performance on the Eightcap Global website and social media accounts.

Participation in this promotion signifies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions referenced herein. Selected Clients are required to abide by all Terms and Conditions as presented, at all times.
Eightcap Global reserves the right, at their absolute discretion, to modify or amend the terms and conditions, the type and names of prizes at any time without prior notice and explanation.
In the event that any dispute and/or misrepresentation is made in relation to the above applicable Terms and Conditions, such dispute and/or misrepresentation shall be resolved by Eightcap Global. Eightcap Global's decision shall be final and binding.

GAIN CALCULATION
The trading gain will be calculated at the end of the Competition period based on the following formula:

Gain = ((EE+W)-(EB+B))/(EB+D)

EE: Equity at the end of the Competition period
EB: Equity at the beginning of the Competition period
W: Withdrawals made throughout the Competition period
D: Deposits made throughout the Competition period
B: Balance
Equity at the beginning of the Competition period (EB) will be recorded on 15th Nov,2023.
Equity at the end of the Competition period (EE) will be recorded on 30th Nov 2023.
"Withdrawals" refers to the withdrawal of funds from MT4 or MT5 accounts.
"Deposits" refers to deposit of funds to MT4 or MT5 accounts.

If two or more clients attain the same gain, the client with the higher equity will be ranked higher; If two or more clients have the same equity, the client with the lower maximum drawdown rate will be ranked higher.

Trading performance will be calculated as the account PnL change inclusive of swaps, commissions, and other charges on BUY/SELL type trades opened after the Competition start date excluding any deposits, withdrawals, or cash adjustments.

"Best trading performance" will be defined as the client with the five (5) highest trading gains. "Largest return on a single trade" will be defined as the position that generates the largest percentage of profit gained from a single trade in the Competition.

JURISDICTION
The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bahamas. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved by Eightcap in the manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned.
