You need to trade 833 lots in order to be able to withdraw the funds. (according to their online chat rep).
Elsewhere, I found this:
4XP- Investments and Trading will be glad to provide you with a bonus on your deposit; however any
bonus given to you will be subject to the following conditions:
Required Lots for withdrawal
In order for a bonus to be withdrawn, the allocated lots need to be completed in order to receive the
bonus. The lots required are calculated by dividing the bonus received by 3, and this amount is the
required lots to be traded in order to benefit from the bonus.
Example: if the credit is $3000, the lots to be completed are 1000 lots.
Should a withdrawal request be made, all lots must be completed in order to benefit from a bonus.
Should a withdrawal take place without completing all lots, and uncompleted lots remain on the
account, withdrawal will be executed, but the bonus will be forfeited.
In a case of a client dividing the investment over multiple accounts, the bonus will be treated as a
whole. Any withdrawal from one account will mean a forfeiture of the entire bonus.
This promotion has been extended through August 1st according to forexpro.
