How different is the Forex market today than it was 2 years ago?

Forex market is becoming more and more competitive. New brokers appear every week, and so it's now harder to establish your identity or brand. On other hand, thanks to this great extent of competition, clients get better and better service and better conditions - spreads keep going down, more and more brokers introduce ECN, extra training like webinars and online schools, etc. So, while it's harder for us - it's definitely only positive news for the clients. Well, except recent NFA regulations, of course.

What advice would you give to someone who is just starting to trade Forex?

Pay attention to proper risk management. Many traders focus on efficient trading strategy while ignoring risks completely. Brush up your math skills, and make calculations daily - how much you are willing to win or lose today, how many pips of movement you can afford, etc. Make your Forex trading predictable, foreseeable, controllable - you don't need any surprises.

Whom do you consider to be the main Forex4You competitors in the
online Forex market?

I would say Alpari, eToro and FxPro. And these are all great companies, I must admit.

What is your opinion about the problem of fraud brokers may face in
the Forex market?

Fraud is indeed a huge problem in our field. Forex brokers face more and more fraudsters, all types - credit cards, password stealing, fake identity, hackers, etc. That's why we all have to pay special attention to security, to safety of our own resources as well as funds or our clients. Unfortunately, there are drawbacks for clients - more and more often they are asked for extra documents, photo ID proof and so on. Some clients even complain that this is "annoying" - and perhaps it is, from point of view of customer. But we, Forex brokers, have no choice - we have to stop the fraud. I sincerely hope that we will find some better ways to deal with fraud in the future - maybe closer communication with the corresponding departments of police, telecommunication providers.
